首先計(jì)算出電氣控制箱內(nèi)電氣元件（驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊，CNC電源，變壓器，變頻器，接觸器線圈及功率電阻等）的總發(fā)熱量，然后計(jì)算電氣控制箱表面積所吸取的熱量。
First, calculate the total calorific value of the electrical components in the electrical control box (drive module, CNC power supply, transformer, frequency 
converter, contactor coil and power resistance, etc.), and then calculate the heat absorbed by the surface area of the electrical control box.
●電氣控制箱內(nèi)元件所產(chǎn)生的總熱負(fù)荷：Q1（W）；
●電氣控制箱外傳導(dǎo)至箱內(nèi)的熱負(fù)荷：QR（W）=5.5（W/m2.℃）X A X T 其中A：電氣控制箱表面積（m2）
 T：電氣控制箱周圍最高溫度與安裝冷氣機(jī)后電控箱內(nèi)所欲達(dá)到的溫度之差（℃）
●電控箱所需除去的總熱負(fù)荷QT=A+B=Q1+QR（W）
選取CBK系列冷氣機(jī)
由QT選擇冷氣機(jī)機(jī)種，選擇時(shí)為達(dá)到有效的冷卻效果和使用年限，請(qǐng)選擇制冷量較充裕的機(jī)型。
考慮到不確定因素及折舊系數(shù)，一般增加30%-50%。

●例：電氣箱高：2m；寬：1m；厚：0.5m。 環(huán)境溫度：38℃；電箱內(nèi)溫度：30℃。
Q1=800W QR==5.5×(1×2×2+2×0.5×2+1×0.5) ×(38-30)=286W
QT=Q1+QR=800+286=1086W Q=1.3×1086=1412W；選取：CBK-15；
 系數(shù)：1.3 不確定因素及折舊系數(shù)。
